PVAAS (Pennsylvania Value Added Assessment System): Academic growth and achievement data 

Pennsylvania Standards: Academic standards by grade level and content area.

PSSA (Pennsylvania System of School Assessment): Students in grade 3 through 8 are assessed in English Language Arts and Math.  Students in grades 5 and 8 are assessed in Science.

Keystone Exams: The Keystone Exams are one component of Pennsylvania's new system of high school graduation requirements to determine if a student is proficient in a given subject area.  There are multiple opportunities in each school year for students to take the exams, permitting them to retake an exam if their previous attempt(s) were unsuccessful.  The subjects that are presently being assessed are Algebra I, Biology, and Literature.
