Virtual Academy Services Registration for the 2025-26 School Year

FULL-TIME and PART-TIME: Those wishing to attend the Virtual Academy full-time or part-time for the 2025-26 School Year should fill out the registration link below.  If you have any questions regarding this please contact Virtual Academy Administrator Mr. Kent  (814) 723-0574 x-1317.  You may also email questions to Mr. Kent at kentn@wcsdpa.org.  

ENRICHMENT: Those wishing to add an Enrichment course (either core or elective) should fill out the registration link below.  If you have any questions regrading this please  contact Virtual Academy Administrator Mr. Kent  (814) 723-0574 x-1317.

CREDIT RECOVERY (CR): Those wishing to add a Credit Recovery course may do so at any time. Students and/or parents should work with their home building School Counselor to facilitate adding a Credit Recovery class. And remember: a student may ONLY take a CR class if they have previously taken the course and failed to earn a final grade of 60% or higher. To be completed on their own time outside of school or during a Study Hall if their schedule allows.

Please note that there is ONE registration form used for ALL Virtual Academy enrollment options: Full-time, Part-time, Enrichment, & Credit Recovery (CR)

Full-Time: Student will take ALL classes via Virtual Academy.

Part-Time: Student will take some classes in their home building OR at the WCCC and take the remainder of their classes via Virtual Academy.

Enrichment: Student will attend in their building full-time, but will take a class which they will complete either on their own time outside of school, or during a Study Hall in school if their schedule allows.

Credit Recovery (CR): Student may ONLY take a CR class if they have previously taken the course and failed to earn a final grade of 60% or higher. To be completed on their own time outside of school or during a Study Hall if their schedule allows.
