The Winter Sports Registration will close on October 23rd at midnight. To be considered for participation numbers, a student must be fully registered with the $25/$50 fee paid. Physicals and recertification paperwork can be uploaded by the first official day of practice.

October is Bullying Prevention Month. We recognize that for many adults talking about bullying with children — of any age — can be challenging. It’s incredibly important that we practice and develop this skill, because nearly 60% of children never reveal to a trusted adult that they have been victims of bullying. Our experts help to address this challenge in the article, https://wcsdpa.onlinesafetyhub.io/parent/conversation-starters/online-bullying#!
By starting with age-specific advice, conversation starters and suggested actions, parents can gain a deeper understanding of their child’s experience and learn why children often struggle to communicate about this important topic.

Students in grades 6, 8, 10 and 12 will participate in the PAYS survey on October 17th. All students will need their device to complete the online survey. Please remind your student to bring his/her device to the Sheffield campus tomorrow.
Thank you!

Please note the two most common issues guardians are having when accessing Rooms are:
1. Current email address does not match the email in our student information system.
2. You must be listed as a guardian in our student information system. Access does not go out to emergency contacts, only guardians.
If you are a guardain and have not received an email, please contact your child's school to update that information.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ensures that all children with disabilities ages 3 years through 21 years residing in Pennsylvania have the right to a FAPE, including children with disabilities who have been suspended or expelled from school. The commonwealth shall make FAPE available to a child with a disability eligible under IDEA until the student turns 22. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a child eligible under IDEA who attains the age of twenty-one (21) years may remain enrolled in their resident district free of charge until their 22nd birthday.
