Title Survey
Title II-A is designed to provide subgrants to increase student achievement and to improve the quality and effectiveness of teachers and administrators.
The purpose of the Title IV-A Student Support and Academic Enrichment Grant (SSAE) is to provide funds to increase the capacity of State Educational Agencies, schools, and local communities to:
1) provide all students with access to a well-rounded education.
2) improve school conditions for student learning.
3) improve the use of technology in order to improve the academic achievement and digital literacy of all students.
Please answer these questions to help us focus our Title II and Title IV efforts for the upcoming year.

The summer lunch hours for the Lacy Playground have been changed to 11:30 AM-Noon. The change takes effect on Monday, June 24, 2024. All other times remain unchanged.

The Warren County School District (WCSD), collaborating with the City of Warren and Sheffield Township, will host four sites for the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), listed below:
- Beaty Warren Middle School, Breakfast/Lunch, M-F, 6/10 - 8/9/2024
7:30 AM – 8:30 AM, Breakfast
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Lunch
- Lacy Park & Playground, Bag Lunch, M-F, 6/17 - 8/9/2024
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Lunch
- Crescent Park, Bag Lunch, M-F, 6/17 - 8/9/2024
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Lunch
- Sheffield Township Park, Bag Lunch, M-F, 6/17 - 8/9/2024
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Lunch
The SFSP provides children ages 18 and younger with options for a free breakfast and/or lunch during the summer months. All sites will be closed for the week of July 4th with service resuming July 8, 2024.
Any organization in the area that offers summer programming for children and is interested in becoming an SFSP partner should contact Matt Jones, WCSD Coordinator of Grant & Foundation Development, at 814-723-6900.
The SFSP provides meals without charge, regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, or disability, and there will be no discrimination during the meal service. The program is funded through reimbursements from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
Children should arrive early at any participating playground site to help staff order meals for the day. Meals must be eaten onsite. Menus will be posted on the district website at
www.wcsdpa.org, under For Parents, Food Service, Summer Food Service Program.
Please be aware that dates and times may change. The district will notify the public of changes via site signage, its website, mobile app, and the WCSD Facebook page.
