Please note the two most common issues guardians are having when accessing Rooms are:
1. Current email address does not match the email in our student information system.
2. You must be listed as a guardian in our student information system. Access does not go out to emergency contacts, only guardians.
If you are a guardain and have not received an email, please contact your child's school to update that information.

While the Warren County School District provides all necessary student materials for the start of the year (crayons, colored pencils, markers, etc.), the Snell Family Foundation is happy to assist in providing extra supplies and/or school supplies to be used to support students at home as well. On Friday, August 18th, the Snell Family Foundation will be distributing "back to school" packs from the Snell Main Office located at 625 S. State Street in Warren, PA. If you are in need of extra/additional school supplies (beyond those provided by the school) for your student, please email tessa@snellffi.com to secure your pack and to coordinate a pickup time! In your email, please specify how many students you have that would like additional supplies. Each "back to school" pack will contain a variety of the following items: pencils, pens, markers, crayons, colored pencils, highlighters, dry erase markers, small scissors, and hand sanitizer. Packs will be offered until supplies run out. The Snell Family Foundation wishes all students, staff, and teachers a wonderful start to the 2023 school year!

Linked below are the PEBT Summer 2023 Family Guide and P-EBT FAQ Sheets.
- Family Guide: https://5il.co/2007f
- FAQ: https://5il.co/2007d
Please note that the Department of Human Services (DHS) has a new P-EBT Inquiry Portal at https://www.pennebt.com/en/. Do not use any previous links.
The inquiry portal allows parents to submit specific questions to DHS about their child’s PEBT benefits. This is separate from the Parent Portal where parents may look up whether their child is eligible for P-EBT and request a replacement card. Descriptions of these two resources along with others such as the DHS P-EBT family hotline number are included in the Family Guide.
