Definition of Instruction – Policy 9001

Instruction is the delivery of District curriculum and academic standards based upon written planned instructions.  Instruction enables students to achieve the District’s mission and to attain the academic standards prescribed by state regulation, The District Strategic Plan, District policies and planned instructions.

Planned Instructions

All Planned Instructions represent School Board approved courses that outline the content and requirements of the course based upon the Pennsylvania Academic Standards.  

Advanced Placement Options

Advanced Placement Courses taught in our buildings are taught by instructors whose syllabi have been authorized by The College Board.

Cyber Services Program

Warren County School District offers Cyber Services as a consortium member with Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit.  Click on the link to view a short clip that highlights the main aspects of the program and documents that participation in the program provides students with the necessary 21st century skills needed for both secondary education and today's work place.  The distance learning opportunity also enables students to take advantage of this great opportunity while still remaining active members of our District.

Graduation Project and Requirements
